Play 2 or 4 innings.

Closest to the Bull gets choice of Bowler or Batsman.

BOWLER:
The Bowler throws first (always). Red Bull is a single wicket (ie; cross out a single number). Black Bull is a double wicket (ie; cross out two numbers). If the Bowler throws outside the Triple ring then the score hit is given to the Batsman.
BATSMAN:
The Batsman throws for score and adds the score (-40) to his own (scores = 40 count as 0). If the Batsman hits the Bull then he has bowled himself.

Each following Innings the Batsman and Bowler swap over.

Another variation on this game (and one I particularly like) is to use a subtraction factor of 60 instead of 40 for the batsman, and also to use the doubles (1, 2, 3, ...,12) instead of the Bull to take wickets.
