FAQ Version 2.0 HTMLized by Chris Patterson (C.Patterson@acu.edu.au)

Rev: 2-Nov-96
It's been over two years since the last revision. Bob is now looking after the FAQ on his own as Perry's commitments do not allow him the time. Although you can still reach him at ae233@FreeNet.Carleton.CA, Bob's new email address is RMLanctot@Capitalnet.Com. A number of new items have been added in this revision and the Table of Contents has been restructured. There is now a version number - 2.0 in this instance to identify the second major revision since Bill passed on the torch - to help people keep track of what version they have and which one is current. Parts 1 and 2 of the FAQ are now FAQ_xx.TXT & FAQ2_xx.TXT; where "xx" is the current revision number. There is now information about soft-tip darts, "American" dartboards and a number of other items of interest as well as some minor revisions and corrections to the existing text. A registry of international organizations has been added in this revision. If you find that your national organization has not been included please email Bob at one of the above addresses with the name, snail-mail address, telephone number and any other pertinent details and it will be included in the next revision. Suggestions for adding information or corrections are always welcome. Enjoy!

Rev: Oct-96
Added "The Darts Pentathlon" and "Neat Things to Try" sections as well as a couple of games.

Rev: 10-Aug-94
This FAQ was started by Bill Garland (bill@kean.ucs.mun.ca). Bill passed it on to Perry Israel (pisrael@crl.com) and Bob Lanctot (ae233@FreeNet.Carleton.CA) in 1994 on a "two years or so lending basis. The FAQ is in two parts. Part 1 contains answers to frequently asked questions of a more general nature (How do you set up the board? What type of board do I use? What type of darts? Where do I get more information? Who are the champions? How are "x01" and "American" Cricket played?). Part 2 explains the rules relating to the variants of darts. This FAQ is an evolving creature; please email comments or additions to pisrael@crl.com (Perry) or ae233@freenet.carleton.ca (Bob).

Rev: 15-Jun-94
New since the last version: Sections of new material have been marked with an asterisk (*) at the beginning of each new paragraph. More mail order places, discussions on throwing and much talk about shafts, flights, etc. have been added. There are also a few new games in part 2.
