Easy ways to peg please

I play darts regularly and have to rely on others pegging for me after my league match.I want to be able to peg myself but cannot do the arrithmetic quickly enough.When i subtract i have to write the sums down etc,how can i learn to peg easily.I have watched others and tried to learn.Can someone give me pointers please.
